The Envision Tomorrow tool is an ArcGIS add-in developed by Fregonese and Associates. Users "paint" development types onto a polygrid to create multiple "what-if" scenarios. These scenarios allow you to plan for future development. An Excel workbook will store the results of your "what-if" scenarios while providing meaningful metrics. Furthermore, you can create your own apps utilizing development type per acre or value added measures. Using the scenario maps, CityEngine provides a way to visualize and interact with your future development. Here, you are able to modify existing buildings, streetscapes, and development types.
